Triathlon can be a lonely sport with countless hours spent swimming, biking, and running on your own. We created Team TriBy3 to help make those hours be a bit more enjoyable and go by a little faster. Made up of sprinters to ultra distance athletes, age groupers to professionals, Team TriBy3 is a place where all can feel welcome, all can be pushed, and all can be driven to excel by the camaraderie of the group.
We offer a number of coached weekly practices in all three disciplines as well as a number of other team perks. See below for more information.

Single Sport - for those only interested in running, biking, OR swimming, including team workouts in the sport of choice
Full Team - includes workouts for all sports
Full Team (coached athlete) - athletes receiving individual monthly coaching receive a discount on the full team membership
